Client Rights, Records, and Complaints

Required Notice – Texas Health & Safety Code §181.105 as of September 1, 2025

Clients have the right to access their health care records, ask questions about services, and raise concerns when needed. Nigel & Tania Counseling is committed to transparency, ethical practice, and client empowerment.

  • Clients may request copies of their health care records by submitting a written request to Nigel & Tania Counseling. Requests can be made via email or through the secure client portal. Records will be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

  • Nigel & Tania Counseling is a licensed mental health practice. Clients may contact the Texas Behavioral Executive Council with questions or concerns regarding professional conduct.
