Client Rights, Records, and Complaints
Required Notice – Texas Health & Safety Code §181.105 as of September 1, 2025
Clients have the right to access their health care records, ask questions about services, and raise concerns when needed. Andrews Gregory Counseling is committed to transparency, ethical practice, and client empowerment.

Clients may request copies of their health care records by submitting a written request to Andrews Gregory Counseling. Requests can be made via email or through the secure client portal. Records will be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Andrews Gregory Counseling is a licensed mental health practice. Clients may contact the Texas Behavioral Executive Council with questions or concerns regarding professional conduct.
